About the 'Contract Advice and Support Service'
Designed for Use via the Internet Our Contract Advice and Support Service available will save you time and expense. Simply contact us if you would like advice on:
* any Computalaw Contract you have/want to purchase from us;
* amendments to any clauses in any of the Computalaw Contracts or
* any advice on your own or any other IT contract which you have received from a third party or drafted yourself.
Computalaw has been providing just this type of service for multi-nationals, law firms as well as large and small IT clients world-wide for over 27 years.

The Contracts are set out in such a way that you can easily fill in the common variables such as the names and details of the parties, the product, delivery, payment procedure, duration of the contract, limit of liability, completion of any schedules which may be attached.
The Explanatory Notes
These notes have been designed to address the key legal, formal and tactical issues (See 'Sample contract') which the lawyer and IT professional will face when negotiating this type of contract. The contracting process often does not
run smoothly nor produce at its conclusion exactly what the parties originally intended. As you negotiate with the other party new opportunities or difficulties can arise. With the Explanatory Notes you can exploit those opportunities and have the tactical knowledge to remedy some of those problems.

Availability for Meetings
Computalaw lawyers may be available to attend meetings with you and/or on your behalf as we have been doing for clients and law firms for the last 20 years. When we act on behalf of law firms, we do so as your own expert IT consultant so your client is not aware of our separate identity if that is what you prefer. Please e-mail us with details of prospective meetings and preferred dates and country.
