Conditions of Use of any Contract or material from Computalaw's Website

When you choose to purchase a Contract or other copyright material from the Computalaw website, you are LICENSING the material under the following license terms and conditions of use:
  • The contents of the Website, together with the Contracts, Explanatory Notes, long and short descriptions and any notes for guidance are the copyright of Computalaw Ltd 1984-2009. Computalaw’s copyright must remain on all reproductions of the Contract or material. If you make any substantial amendments to the Contract, you may change “Copyright Computalaw” (which appears as the footer to each page) to “Source: Computalaw [year]”.
  • When you purchase a Contract or other copyright material from the Computalaw website, you also purchase the license to use such copyright material. Under such license, you may store and use the Contract and Explanatory Note which accompanies the Contract for your own personal use and research or that of your firm or company. If you are a law firm, you may make the Contract available to specific clients who require such a Contract PROVIDED it is not made generally available in hard copy or electronically (directly or indirectly) via your firm’s newsletter, website or the website of any party or organisation with whom you may be involved in any way and PROVIDED you comply strictly with these Conditions of use, including but not limited to Condition 1 above.
  • You may not republish, retransmit, redistribute or otherwise make the Contract, Explanatory Note or other material available to any other party or make the same available on any website, on-line service or bulletin board of your own or any other party or make the same available in hard copy or on any other media without Computalaw’s express prior written consent.
  • Nothing in the Contract or Explanatory Note constitutes legal advice, nor does the transmission, downloading or sending of the Contract or of any other information create an attorney-client or attorney-attorney relationship. The Contract is a standard style intended to make contract preparation and negotiation more understandable, efficient and affordable and will require to be tailored to your own specific circumstances. LEGAL REVIEW IS ALWAYS RECOMMENDED.
  • COMPUTALAW ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY ANY USER OF THE CONTRACT OR ANY INFORMATION DOWNLOADED FROM THE WEBSITE.
